Instagram Summer Garden Party Giveaway –  Terms & Conditions 

1. Promoter

This giveaway is run by Pollyanna Harmsworth in collaboration with Olive and Olive Interiors, Featherstone Flowers and Candover Brook.

2. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents only.
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
• Employees or affiliates of the participating brands are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
   To enter the giveaway, participants must:

• Follow all four Instagram accounts: @pollyannaharmsworth, @oliveandoliveinteriors, @featherstoneflowers and @candoverbrook.
• Tag at least one friend in the comments of the official giveaway post on Instagram.
• Each additional comment tagging a different friend counts as an additional entry.

4. Giveaway Period
   The giveaway opens on Tuesday 24^th June and closes at 5:00 PM (BST) on Sunday, 29th June 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. Prize
   One winner will receive:

• A Featherstone Flowers voucher up to £75 (valid for a bouquet, collection only from Featherstone Flowers in Hampshire, or a workshop, subject to availability).
• One Olive and Olive Interiors Neela medium tablecloth
• One set of 20 personalised invitations from Pollyanna Harmsworth (design image shown for illustration purposes only).
• One gift boxed bottle of Candover Brook Brut NV (proof of age required before delivery)

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
• The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message within 72 hours of the giveaway closing.
• If the winner does not respond within 5 days, another winner may be selected.

7. Prize Delivery

• Featherstone Flowers voucher must be redeemed in line with their bouquet collection policy or workshop schedule.
• Pollyanna Harmsworth invitations (once design agreed with winner) and Olive and Olive tablecloth will be shipped to the UK address provided by the winner.
• Alcohol prize (Candover Brook Brut) will only be provided to someone aged 18+, and age verification may be required.

8. General

• No cash alternatives or substitutions will be offered.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
• By entering, entrants confirm they release Instagram of any responsibility.
• By entering, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

9. Data Protection
   Personal information provided will only be used to administer the giveaway and deliver the prize. It will not be shared with third parties or used for marketing without explicit consent.

Promotional codes

From time to time, Pollyanna Harmsworth will be offering a number of different promotional codes at any given time, which can be used exclusively online to receive the stated discount. The following conditions apply:

1. No single code can be used at the same time as another promotional code, unless stated otherwise.
2. Promotional codes are only valid until their own individual expiry dates.
3. Codes are only valid on full price items and won’t work with special offers or items on sale.
4. These terms & conditions apply to all promotional codes issued through 3rd party partners.
5. No cash alternatives.

Products

All products are subject to availability. If an order is going to take longer to produce than stated, we will endeavour to procure it for you as quickly as possible, but will give you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Delivery and despatch – UK

Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of your order from sign off of your proof. All UK orders under £80 are subject to a delivery charge of £5-12 (unless a promotion is running and Free postage is offered). FREE UK delivery is applied for orders of £80 or more.

Delivery and despatch – overseas

We can only accept orders for UK delivery online at present. For orders outside the UK please contact us by email and we will do our best to help.

Disclaimer: We cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery outside of our control including industrial action or severe weather conditions and subsequent disruption to the service.  We endeavour to make our customers aware should a situation arise and to know when to expect delays.

Receiving your order

Please ensure that somebody is available to receive your parcel, unless special delivery instructions have been entered into the checkout section of the site. Any charges incurred for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

Tax

All prices shown include VAT at 20%.

As an existing customer Pollyanna Harmsworth will contact you electronically from time to time, using the information you provide us with when you buy from us online. We will use this information to provide you with details of special offers and the latest news. This information helps us understand a little more about you, our consumers, but please be assured that we never share your details with third parties unless you have opted in to receive communications from one of our partners. All data is controlled by Pollyanna Harmsworth. By signing up to our newsletter you are confirming that you are over 13 years of age.
