Delivery and despatch
Thank you for choosing Pollyanna Harmsworth. Please allow 1-3 weeks from the sign off of your proof for your delivery. We use overnight couriers as well as Royal Mail’s regular post for all of our deliveries and online ordering. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to go. Most deliveries are signed for. All UK orders under £80 are subject to a delivery charge of £5-12 (unless a promotion is running and free postage is offered). Free UK delivery is applied for orders of £80 or more. We only deliver to mainland UK. For orders outside the UK please contact us by email and we will do our best to help.
Disclaimer: We cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery which are outside of our control including industrial action or severe weather conditions and subsequent disruption to the service. We endeavour to make our customers aware should a situation arise and to know when to expect delays.
Receiving your order
Please ensure that somebody is available to receive and sign for your parcel, unless special delivery instructions have been entered into the checkout section of the site. Any charges incurred for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and refunds
It is the responsibility of the customer to check the proof emailed to you by Pollyanna. Once sent to print, mistakes cannot be rectified, and any reprint will be at the cost to the customer. Please check your goods upon receipt, as responsibility for them becomes the customer’s upon delivery. We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, please do get in touch with Pollyanna.
In the unlikely event that the goods are damaged, defective or have items missing, our company policy is to replace them, but only if we are notified within 7 working days of receipt. UK only.
If you do wish to return goods which are damaged, defective or have items missing, for your own peace of mind please ensure that they are sent using recorded or registered delivery and that you retain your proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. The costs of return postage and packaging are the customer’s responsibility in accordance with distance selling regulations.

Inside your return please print your name, your order number, highlight the item(s) being returned and your reason for return.
We aim to process your return within 7 working days of receipt. The refund will be made to the same card or paypal account used to make the purchase. Please note, it may take 5-10 working days for the funds to appear in your account- this will vary from bank to bank.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
